These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Cobot ("Cobot", "we", "us", or "our") — an AI-powered prediction market aggregator. By accessing or using Cobot's website, mobile apps, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms.

What Cobot Is (and Is Not)

• Cobot aggregates information and trading entry points from third-party prediction markets, including but not limited to Polymarket and Kalshi. We do not create, list, host, operate, or settle markets ourselves.
• We provide software, discovery tools, AI-driven insights, and links/interfaces that help you research and access third-party platforms. Execution occurs with those third parties under their terms and policies.
• Cobot offers iOS and Android mobile applications. App distribution is subject to the rules of the respective app stores.

Eligibility and Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services.
• You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing prediction markets and using Cobot is legal in your country, region, or jurisdiction, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You may be required to create an account with third-party platforms. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and devices, and for all actions that occur under your accounts.

No Brokerage, Exchange, or Custody

Cobot is not a broker, dealer, exchange, clearinghouse, counterparty, or custodian. We do not offer, solicit, match, or settle trades. We do not hold customer funds or assets. Any transactions you perform occur on third-party platforms that are not controlled by Cobot.

Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Services may contain links to or integrations with Polymarket, Kalshi, and other third-party services. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policies. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party content, availability, performance, compliance, or outcomes.

AI-Generated Content and Information

Cobot may present AI-generated insights, summaries, or recommendations. These are for informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, seek professional advice.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Do not attempt to circumvent geoblocking, eligibility checks, or access controls.
• Do not interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the operation or security of the Services.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or act on behalf of prohibited or sanctioned parties.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Cobot disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Markets can be volatile and risky. You use the Services at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cobot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Services or any third-party platforms.

Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and may provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cobot is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a different forum is required by applicable law.
